Brittany Atkinson
Brittany Atkinson is a contemporary artist living in Austin, Texas. A born and raised Texan and mom to two boys, she spent years setting painting aside before deciding she was done ignoring it. Her abstract female portraits, worked in acrylics, oils, and charcoal, draw from the women who shaped her — each one an invitation to take up space and live without apology. Her practice now spans gallery representation, commissions, collaborations, and a growing print collection, with work hanging in the Neon Armadillo among other projects. She believes art is for everyone.
